Kullanım Koşulları

Astraea'yı (com.rummuscan.astraea) kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmet

Astraea; doğum haritası, uyum analizi, transitler, Ay günlüğü, Ebced ve yapay zekâ destekli yorumlar sunar. İçerik eğlence ve kişisel gelişim amaçlıdır; tıbbi, hukuki, finansal ya da psikolojik tavsiye yerine geçmez. Yapay zekâ yanıtları hatalı olabilir.

2. Hesap

Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan ve şifrenizin gizliliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamayı kötüye kullanan (otomatik istek, hizmeti aksatma, başkasının hesabına erişme) hesaplar kapatılabilir. Uygulama 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir.

3. Premium abonelik

Premium özellikler Google Play üzerinden abonelikle sunulur. Ücret, deneme süresi ve yenileme koşulları satın alma ekranında gösterilir. Abonelik, siz Google Play → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal edene kadar her dönem otomatik yenilenir; iptal, dönem sonunda geçerli olur. İadeler Google Play politikalarına tabidir.

4. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulama, tasarımı ve metinleri Rummuscan'a aittir. Kişisel kullanım dışında kopyalanamaz.

5. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağı garanti edilmez. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, içeriğe dayanarak verilen kararlardan Rummuscan sorumlu tutulamaz.

6. Değişiklikler ve fesih

Koşullar güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulamada duyurulur. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Profil → Hesabı sil ile kapatabilirsiniz.

7. Uygulanacak hukuk ve iletişim

By using Astraea (com.rummuscan.astraea) you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Astraea offers birth charts, compatibility analysis, transits, a moon journal, Abjad numerology and AI-assisted readings. Content is for entertainment and personal reflection; it is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. AI responses may be inaccurate.

2. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secret. Accounts that abuse the app (automated requests, disrupting the service, accessing other accounts) may be closed. The app is not directed at children under 13.

3. Premium subscription

Premium features are offered as a subscription through Google Play. Price, trial and renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen. The subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period. Refunds follow Google Play policies.

4. Intellectual property

The app, its design and texts belong to Rummuscan and may not be copied except for personal use.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of being uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Rummuscan is not liable for decisions made based on the content.

6. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced in the app. You can close your account at any time via Profile → Delete account.

7. Governing law and contact
